Your best thinking rarely arrives as a finished post.
A voice note after a meeting. An observation from the field. A paragraph you keep meaning to write. We are building a way to preserve the thought you actually had, research it and turn it into posts you can stand behind.
On the roadmap
Planned capability. Voice-note intake, WhatsApp intake and personal-agent connections are not available today.
From a passing thought to a post with your name on it.
The planned flow keeps your original thought intact at every step.
- 01
Say it
Record a voice note or type a few lines while the thought is still clear.
- 02
Preserve it
Correct the transcript and lock in what you meant before any research begins.
- 03
Research around it
Check facts, add context and look for counterexamples. Your experience stays marked as yours.
- 04
Find the posts
One clear post, a longer piece or a short script, only where the idea supports them.
- 05
Approve it
Nothing leaves with your name until you have reviewed the wording, sources and channel.
Follow one insight through the work.
An invented example. There is no audio here because a fake player would mislead you.

“Everyone asks whether we are certified. Nobody asks what we changed. We changed the boring stuff: access reviews went from yearly to quarterly, and that caught more than the audit did.”
Context gathered around the note
The 2022 revision of the standard reorganised its controls and added new ones. Several practitioner surveys report access reviews as a frequent audit finding. One counterpoint: quarterly reviews add workload for small teams.
LinkedIn draft · waiting for the author
Everyone asks whether you are certified. Almost nobody asks what you changed.
For us it was the boring stuff. Access reviews moved from yearly to quarterly, and in our experience that caught more than the audit did. It is more work for a small team, and I would still do it again.
What the workflow must never do.
Entry points, in order
Voice notes and text come first. An opt-in WhatsApp bot is a later entry point, subject to identity, consent and data-handling controls. Private conversations are never an assumed source.
Research can disagree with you
External evidence, editorial interpretation and your own experience stay separate in every draft. Research can challenge an idea as well as strengthen it, and the draft says which.
No invented anecdotes
Personal experience, quotes and opinions remain yours. The workflow must never invent a story to make a draft more compelling.
Eventually, your agent could bring the thought hereLater roadmap
An authorized personal agent could submit an insight and collect the researched package. Grokbot and Dot are examples under consideration, not confirmed integrations. Publishing would still follow your approval rules.
Keep the thought. Lose the blank page.
Bring an idea you have not had time to write down properly. We will tell you honestly what a pilot can include today.
