Who we are
ReachFabric is a product of Zeno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for personal information submitted through reachfabric.com. You can reach us about privacy through thecontact form.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you send a pilot brief or a contact enquiry, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, the type of enquiry and your message. The pilot brief also asks, optionally, for brands in scope, current systems and approvers. Please do not include passwords, customer records or confidential material.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and request time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or tracking pixels.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible pilot.
- To prepare a proposal you asked for.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell personal information or use it to train models.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the function that receives forms.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
These providers may process data outside your country. We rely on their contractual safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain a record of it. A specific retention period will be confirmed in the final notice.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop contacting you. Use the contact form and tell us what you would like. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
